Wholesale Inquiries

Thank you for your interest in partnering with DIA FI. We offer wholesale opportunities for businesses interested in reselling our athleisure sportswear products. This section outlines the guidelines and procedures for wholesale inquiries.


1.    Eligibility: Wholesale inquiries are open to established businesses with a valid retail license, resellers permit or relevant documentation supporting their business operations. We primarily work with retailers, distributors, and authorized resellers.


2.    Wholesale Application Process: To submit a wholesale inquiry, please send an email to wholesale@dia-fi.com with the following information:
•    Company name
•    Location
•    Website (if applicable)
•    Contact information (including name, email, and phone number)
•    Brief description of your business and target market
•    Products of interest and order quantities


We review each application carefully and will respond within the specified time-frame.


3. Wholesale Pricing and Minimum Order Quantities: Upon approval of your wholesale application, we will provide you with our wholesale pricing, which offers discounted rates for bulk orders. Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the specific products. These details will be communicated to you upon approval.


4. Ordering and Payment: Once your wholesale account is approved. you can place orders by contacting our wholesale team via email at shopdiafi@gmail.com. Payment terms and Conditions - 50% due when order is placed and 50% balance due when order is ready to ship.


5. Shipping and Delivery: Shipping costs and delivery times for wholesale orders will be calculated based on the destination and order size. We work with reliable shipping carriers to ensure prompt and secure delivery of your orders. Any additional customs duties or taxes applicable to international shipments will be the responsibility of the buyer.


6. Returns and Exchanges: Our standard return and exchange policies vary for wholesale orders. Please refer to our Wholesale Terms and Conditions for detailed information on returns, exchanges, and warranty claims specific to wholesale purchases below:

Please attach your invoice along with the style number, color and quantity you want to discuss. Attaching pictures will speed up the process. If or when your issue has been realized you will be issued a return authorization number.

 

Please review our terms before you reach out:


•    You must return defective merchandise to us with a piece of tape indicating the flaw’s location.
•    We do not accept returns on discontinued items or merchandise that is more than 30 days old.
•    You must make all claims for shortages or damages within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise.
•    Without a valid return authorization number, we will not accept returns.
•    Please include a copy of your invoice to ensure we can issue you a proper credit within two weeks.
•    All returned or refused shipments are subject to a 20% or $25 (whichever is greater) restocking charge, in addition to both outbound and return freight costs.
•    We do not provide cash refunds.
•    If we did not process your order accurately, we’ll cover the original freight and send a return label for the incorrect merchandise.
•    Please note that products that are considered non-returnable are noted as such on their respective product page, the inventory quantity will be underlined in orange. These products include but are not limited to: closeout items, items that receive a sample discount, etc.
•    We do offer a replacement option if the items that you have received on your original order are incorrect, missing or damaged. Requesting a replacement will initiate a replacement order that will include the same items as your original order. Please note, we are not always able to accommodate any style, color, size swap or exchange requests via a replacement order.


5. Marketing and Branding: As an authorized reseller, you are permitted to use our product images, descriptions, and other promotional materials for marketing purposes related to the sale of our products. However, you must obtain written consent for any alterations or modifications to our branding materials. Please contact our wholesale team for more information.


6. Termination of Wholesale Partnership: While we strive to build long-term partnerships with our wholesale clients, we understand that circumstances may change. In the event that either party wishes to terminate the wholesale partnership, we encourage open communication and a mutually agreed-upon notice period to ensure a smooth transition.
